Deliveries will be made to the address specified in the order. Once dispatched, you will have the responsibility of the goods. We shall no longer be responsible for any possible loss or destruction.
All shipments are made via express courier services. We will send an e-mail to confirm that the order has been shipped and then another one with its tracking code.
In order to track your order, please enter the dispatch code onto the courier website, on which all the information and updates will be available in real time.
Should the customer not be available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a note and will make a second attempt at delivery. After that second attempt the goods will be returned to the (local) dispatch warehouse.
If the customer does not go and fetch the goods at the warehouse, they will be automatically returned to sender.
We will ship the order as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Delivery times are given at the moment you place the order and are calculated from the date of receipt of payment.
We shall not be held accountable for delays in the delivery due to force majeure or circumstances which we are not responsible for.
You are invited not to start working or not to organise the work until you are delivered the goods and you have checked that all the goods have been delivered undamaged and match the order (we recommend not to make any appointment with the plumber before you receive the products and you make sure you are satisfied with them).
The company shall not be responsible for any installation cost incurred.
